In our last news we already reported on the delivery of the first tram of the follow-up order for moBiel GmbH. This first vehicle of the second series was successfully accepted by the customer on 28 January and handed over to the operator. Since 12 February, the operator has also been in possession of the fleet approval in accordance with the tram construction and operation ordinance (BOStrab).
The second tram was also delivered on 4 February and is currently being dynamically commissioned. The handover is scheduled for mid-March. At the end of March, tram number three will be presented to moBiel at the HeiterBlick factory in Leipzig for factory acceptance.
There will then be a technical innovation from vehicle seven onwards, this will be delivered without a lift-swing step device.
